Alternative Storm Water Infrastructure Loan Program (Financial Assistance: Loans)

Provides below-market-rate loans for the construction of water development projects (including private or publicly-owned infrastructure) as part of economic development projects. The alternative stormwater infrastructure must utilize or incorporate sustainable practices such as bioswales, green roofs, constructed wetlands, and rain gardens.

 

Fresh Water Loan Group - OWDA Master Program

(Financial Assistance: Loans)

Provides financing for Drinking Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water projects such as: development or acquisition of potable water sources, construction and/or expansion of water and wastewater treatment facilities, installation or improvement of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, well-head protection planning studies, or storm water management facilities.

Provides grants to local governments and/or State Agencies that are developing new techniques for making improvements to their drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment or storm water treatment systems or eliminating pollution.

 

Rural Development Loan Advance Program (Financial Assistance: Loans)

Provides market rate loans to local governments that are making improvements to their drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment or storm water treatment systems with permanent funding from the United States Department of Agriculture.

 

State Capital Improvement Program

Provides grants and low-interest loans for roads, bridges, culverts, wastewater treatment systems, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment systems and facilities.

 

Underground Injection Control Program

Regulates the disposal of waste above, into or below underground sources of drinking water via Class I, IV and V injection wells.
