Best Local Land Use Practices Regional Information Sessions 2013
 

The Best Local Land Use Practices Program has collected a host of new resources for local and regional governments, including an attractive guidance summary, example regulations, and research related to the economic benefit of many recommended land use practices. A checklist for code review, case studies, a video for elected officials and business interests, and lessons learned in technical assistance are also available. In this two-hour meeting, participants learned about cost-effective tools you can use to meet regulatory requirements, and work for a more prosperous future for your community – networked with colleagues - and offered input that will help shape the future of the Best Local Land Use Practices program.
